Delivery

UK delivery is aimed for next day if we have a before 1pm dispatch, if not the day after with standard UK delivery being APC overnight.

Shipping within the UK

For orders up to 5kg, the UK Mainland Delivery charge is £10.

Delivery charges for orders exceeding 5kg may be added on afterwards, we will review and offer the best services available.

There are additional charges of shipping to Northern Ireland/ Highlands/ Offshore and Channel Islands

We reserve the right to adjust these prices, should the associate parcel size determine a higher cost through volumetric shipment weight.

International Delivery

International delivery is case by case dependent on parcel size, weight and destination and as standard a medium economical/shipment time will be chosen.
Expedited delivery is possible on request as well as specific carriers again on request.
 
All parcels are sent with recognised international carriers and are, as standard, sent excluding insurance.  Insurance can be added at cost and should be requested at order/check out.

Once handed to the carrier, the risk transfers to the purchaser where assistance will be given should issues on delivery arise with the carrier.

Parts are supplied on a no return basis, except in exceptional circumstances where consideration of return acceptance will be considered on a case by case basis.  Returned goods, that we supplied correctly in the ordered specification carry a 10% administration surcharge

Returns

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 MK14 Components supply quality new and on prior agreement used parts to an agree specification at time of order.  On receipt, if you are unhappy with the product you may send it back to us within 14 days. Please inspect the product carefully as we cannot accept the return of or give a refund on goods that have been used.  An administration fee of 10% of the product sales value will be applied for return of correctly supplied goods as per the original order.

Before returning goods for any reason, we would appreciate you make contact with us stating your reasons for the return.

The returned goods should be carefully packed in their original packaging, to minimize risk of damage in transit.

Refunds are for the purchase price only and are paid in the form of account credit off future orders, less any relevant handling charge. Return shipping and insurance costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
